Answer:

The vector equation of the line joining the points are 2i+j+3k and -4i+3j-k is  r=(2i+j+3k) +λ(-6i+2j-4k)

                      1.Here     a = 2i+j+3k  b=-4j+3j-K

                     2.The vector equation of the line joining the points   r = a + λ(b-a)

                     3.  r=(2i+j+3k) + λ(-4i+3j-k-(2i+j+3k))

                     4. r=(2i+j+3k) +λ(-6i+2j-4k)
