m=200/1000= 0.2

K.E = 40 J

Formula :

K.E = 1/2 m v2

40=1/2 (0.2)(v)2

40(2) ÷0.2=(v)2

80/0.2 = (v)2

400= (v)2

taking square root :

v = 20 . ANS.
