numbers of electrons = 3

on electronic configuration we get

K= 2

L = 1

So in second orbit, it has 1 electron

Since velocity = displacement / time

the path of electrons is in circular shape

it's velocity continuously change

So velocity can't be found of the electron but it can be found at a particular point
