For calculating the value of x1, simply add the  x coordinates of two adjacent  midpoints and subtract the x coordinate midpoint of the opposite side.

Same with y1, add the y coordinates of the two adjacent sides and subtract the y coordinate of the opposite side

do it for each of the coordinate and you can find the vertices without even having to pick up the pen.

I am attaching an image as an example for you to understand better.

This is the easiest and the fastest way of finding the vertices of a triangle when midpoints are given.
