Answer:

Vinculum (Bar Number) –> Normal Number � (Check the video)

Find 1st Bar digit, take its 10's complement.

(a). If next digit is again a Bar digit, take its 9's complement continue (a) until a non-bar digit is obtained. (b). Decrement non-bar digit by 1.

Continue (1) and (2) till complete number is covered.
