surface area :

area of base rectangle = 12×10=120

area of top rectangle= 6×10=60

area of two side rectangles =2×(10×5)=100

area of two side trapeziums =2*(1/2)*(12+6)*(4)

= 72

total surface area = 120+60+100+72=352 sq m .

volume :

total volume =area of trapezium× length of prism

= 36 × 10 = 360 cu m
