Answer :

  • Volume of liquid is 500cm³ or 500ml

Given :

  • 10cm × 10cm × 5cm

To find :

  • Volume of liquid

Solution :

Given,

  • Length = 10cm
  • Breadth = 10cm
  • Height = 5cm

The volume of liquid present in a dish is cuboid so ,

As we know that,

  • Volume of liquid = l × b × h

where , l is length 10cm , b is breadth 10cm and h is height 5cm

》Volume of liquid = length × breadth × height

》Volume of liquid = 10 × 10 × 5

》Volume of liquid = 500

》Volume of liquid = 500cm³

Hence , Volume of liquid is 500cm³ or 500ml

More Explanation :

  • Volume of cuboid = lbh
  • Total surface area of cuboid = 2(lb + bh + lh)
  • Lateral surface area of cuboid = 2h(l + b)
  • where , l is length, b is breadth and h is height

Given :

  • Dimensions of liquid dish are 10 cm x 10 cm x 5 cm

To find :

  • Volume of a liquid Percent in a dish

Solution :

  • In the question dimensions of the dish are Given so we can easily find the Volume (Length × Breadth × Height).

✰ Length (L) = 10cm

Breadth (B) = 10cm

✰ Height (H) = 5cm

Volume = L × B × H

➤ 10 × 10 × 5

➤ 100 × 5

➤ 500cm³

∴Volume of required Liquid is 500cm³
