Given :- Find the volume of a pyramid with a square base if the side is 10m and the height is 20m ?

Solution :-

we know that,

  • Area of square = (side)²
  • Volume of pyramid = (1/3) * Base area * Height .

so,

→ Square Base area = (side)² = (10)² = 100 .

and,

→ Height = 20 m .

then,

→ Volume of pyramid = (1/3) * Base area * Height .

→ Volume of pyramid = (1/3) * 100 * 20

→ Volume of pyramid = (2000/3)

→ Volume of pyramid = 666.67 m³ (Ans.)
