Given :-

  • Circumference of base is 1.76m and height of right circular cylinder is 26cm

To find :-

  • Volume of right circular cylinder

Solution :-

→ Circumference of base = 1.76m

→ 2πr = 1.76

→ πr = 1.76/2

→ πr = 0.88

→ 3.14 × r = 0.88

→ r = 0.88/3.14

→ r = 0.28m

Hence, radius of cylinder is 0.28m

  • Height of right circular cylinder = 26cm

  • 1m = 100cm

→ Height = 0.26m

Volume of cylinder

→ πr²h

→ 22/7 × 0.28 × 0.28 × 0.26

→ 22 × 0.4 × 0.28 × 0.26

→ 8.8 × 0.28 × 0.26

→ 0.64064m³

Hence,

  • Volume of right circular cylinder is 0.64064m³

AnswEr :-

  • Volume of the right circular cylinder is 0.064064m³.

Given :-

  • Circumference of the base is 1.76m and height of the right circular cylinder is 26cm.

To Find :-

  • Volume of the right circular cylinder.

SoluTion :-

Here,

  • Circumference of the base is 1.76m.

We know that the circumference of the circle is 2πr

According to question :-

2πr = 1.76

→ πr = 1.76/2

→ πr = 0.88

→ 3.14 × r = 0.88

→ r = 0.88/3.14

→ r = 0.28m

Radius of the cylinder is 0.28m.

Here,

  • Height of the right circular cylinder is 26m.

100cm = 1m

26cm = 0.26m

We know that the volume of the cylinder is

πr²h

According to question :-

22/7 × (0.28)² × 0.26

→ 22/7 × 0.28 × 0.28 × 0.26

→ 22/7 × 0.0784 × 0.26

→ 22 × 0.0112 × 0.26

0.064064

Hence, the volume of the right circular cylinder is 0.064064m³.
