Given :

  • Diameter of Base of Cylinder = 14cm.
  • Height of Cylinder = 40cm.

To Find :

  • Volume of Cylinder.

Solution :

\longmapsto\tt{Diameter=14cm}

\longmapsto\tt{Radius=\cancel\dfrac{14}{2}=7cm}

\longmapsto\tt{Height=40cm}

Using Formula :

\longmapsto\tt\boxed{Volume\:of\:Cylinder=\pi{{r}^{2}h}}

Putting Values :

\longmapsto\tt{\dfrac{22}{\not{7}}\times{7}\times{\not{7}}\times{40}}

\longmapsto\tt{22\times{7}\times{40}}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{6160{cm}^{3}}

So , The volume of Cylinder is 6160cm³..
