To Find:-

  • The radius of the cylinder is 2.8m
  • The height is 3.5m

Solution:-

We know that,

 \boxed{ \boxed{ \sf{Volume = \pi {r}^{2}h  \: \: cubic \: units}}}

By putting the values,

 \longrightarrow \: V =  \dfrac{22}{7} \times  {2.8}^{2} \times 3.5

By dividing 3.5 and 7 with 7

 \longrightarrow \:  \dfrac{22}{7} \times 7.84 \times 3.5

 \longrightarrow \: 22 \times 7.84 \times 0.5

 \longrightarrow \: 86.24

Therefore, The volume of the right circular cylinder is 86.24m³

Required Answer:-

  • The volume of the right circular cylinder is 86.24m³.

Remember:-

  • Volume of Cylinder = πr²h cubic units.
  • Curved surface area of cylinder = 2πrh sq. units.
  • Total surface area of cylinder= 2πr(h+r) sq. units.
