As we know that : Curved surface area of Cylinder = 2πrh

Given that : Curved Surface Area is 2640 CM square and circumference of base is 66 cm.

Circumference of base = 2πr = 66 cm

Now, according to the question :

2πr × h = 2640

=> 66 × h = 2640

=> h = 40 cm

Given that : 2πr = 66

Given that : 2πr = 66 => r = 66/2π

Given that : 2πr = 66 => r = 66/2π => r = 33×7/22 = 21/2 = 10.5 cm

Now, volume of right circular cylinder :

\pi {r}^{2} h \\  \\  =  >  \frac{22}{7}  \times 10.5 \times 10.5 \times 40 \\  \\  =  > 22 \times 1.5 \times 10.5 \times 40 \\  \\  =  > 13860 \:  {cm}^{3}

So, the volume of right circular cylinder will be 13860 cm³

Answer:

c=2πr= 2×22÷7×r

Step-by-step explanation:

  • 6 6= 2×22÷7×r. r= 6 6×7÷44=21÷2=1.5cm. CSA= 2πrh. 2640=2×22÷7×1.5×h. h= 2640×7÷44×1.5 =280 cm volume =πrsqh. 22÷7×1.5×1.5×280= 4060cmcube
