Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Answer:-

The Required volume of cone is 308 cm².

Explanation:-

Given:-

Height of cone (h) = 6 cm.

Diameter of its base (d) = 14 cm.

To Find:-

The volume of the cone.

Formula Used:-

Where r is radius of the base of cone.

Solution,

Since diameter is given, so radius would be  = 7 cm.

So We have,

r = 7 cm.

h = 6 cm.

By putting the values in above formula

The volume of the cone is 25.133 cm³

Given:

Height of the cone = 6 cm

Diameter of base = 4 cm

To find:

The volume of cone

Solution:

Given height of cone h = 6 cm

And diameter of base d = 4 cm

⇒ Radius of the base r = d/2 = 4/2 = 2 cm

NOTE:

The formula for volume of the cone with height h and radius r is given by

                 The volume of a cone = (1/3) π r²h

The volume of a cone = \frac{1}{3} (\frac{22}{7} )(2^{2} )6 = (\frac{22}{7} )(4)2 = 25.133

Therefore, the volume of the cone = 25.133 cm³
