=x(2x-4)-2(2x-4)(x-4)

=2x²-4x-4x+8(x-4)

=(2x²-8x+8)(x-4)

=x(2x²-8x+8)-4(2x²-8x+8)

=2x³-8x²+8x-8x²+32x-32

=2x³-16x²+40x-32 cubic units.
