Given:

✰ Length of cuboid = 13 cm

✰ Breadth of cuboid = 5 cm

✰ Height of cuboid = 7 cm

To find:

✠ The volume of cuboid.

Solution:

Cuboid:

➛ Cuboid is a solid bounded by six rectangular faces.

We will find the volume of cuboid by using formula as we are provided with length, breadth and height. Putting the values in the formula and then doing required calculations, we will easily get the volume of cuboid.

Volume of a cuboid = length × breadth × height

Putting the values in the formula, we have:

➛ Volume of a cuboid = 13 × 5 × 7

➛ Volume of a cuboid = 13 × 35

➛ Volume of a cuboid = 455 cm³

The volume of cuboid = 455 cm³

More Formulae:

  • Total surface area of cuboid = 2 ( lb + bh + hl )
  • Lateral surface area of cuboid = 2( l + b ) × h
  • Length of diagonal of cuboid = √(l² + b² + h²)

Given :

  • A cuboid whose length, breadth, and height are 13cm, 5cm, 7 cm respectively.

To find :

  • Volume of Cuboid

Solution :

  • By the formula Of Volume of cuboid (Length × Breadth × Height) we can easily find the volume of cuboid.

✰ Length = 13cm

✰ Breadth = 5cm

✰ Height = 7cm

_______________

Volume of cuboid = L × B × H

➤ 13 × 5 × 7

➤ 13 × 35

➤ 455cm³

∴ Volume of cuboid is 455cm³
