Let the cylinder be of height H and radius r.
if the height is halved then volume of the cylinder should be
V = (π r^2H)/2 = 11 × r^2 ×H /7 (ans)

Volume of cylinder is directly proportional to its height, and also to square of radius of base.

V = πr^2h

If height is halved, and radius of base remain constant, then VOLUME will also be HALVE.
