Given :

  • (i) Radius = 7cm , Height = 10cm
  • (ii) Radius = 14cm , Height = 20cm

To Find :

  • Volume of cylinder

Solution :

(i) Radius = 7cm , Height = 10cm

⟹ Volume of cylinder = πr²h

⟹ Volume of cylinder = 22/7 × 7 × 7 × 10 ⟹ Volume of cylinder = 22 × 7 × 10

⟹ Volume of cylinder = 154 × 10

⟹ Volume of cylinder = 1540 cm³

_______________

(ii) Radius = 14cm , Height = 20cm

⟹ Volume of cylinder = πr²h

⟹ Volume of cylinder = 22/7× 14 × 14 × 20

⟹ Volume of cylinder = 22 × 2 × 14 × 20

⟹ Volume of cylinder = 44 × 14 × 20

⟹ Volume of cylinder = 12320 cm³
