Given ;

Radius of cylinder = 3.5 cm

Height of cylinder = 40 cm

Volume of cylinder = πr^2h

Substituting all these values , we get

22/7×3.5×3.5×40

by calculating , we get

Volume of cylinder = 1540 cm^3

Answer:

volume of the cylinder =πr^2h

=22/7×(3.5)^2× (40)

= 22/7× 7/2× 7/2 ×40

=11×7/2 ×40

=440×7/2

=1540

hope this helps you
