Find the volume of hemisphere whose diameter is 20 cm.

radius of hemisphere = 10cm
To find = volume of hemisphere
volume of hemisphere = 2/3*pie*r^3
= 2/3*22/7*10*10*10
= 44000/21
= 2095.24cm

Step 1 of 2 :

Calculate the radius of the hemisphere

Here it is given that the diameter of a hemisphere is 20 cm

∴ The radius of the hemisphere

= r

\displaystyle \sf   =  \frac{20}{2}  \:  \: cm

= 10 cm

Step 2 of 2 :

Calculate the volume of the hemisphere

The volume of the hemisphere

\displaystyle \sf   =  \frac{2}{3} \pi {r}^{3}  \:  \:  {cm}^{3}

\displaystyle \sf   =  \frac{2}{3} \times  \frac{22}{7} \times   {10}^{3}  \:  \:  {cm}^{3}
