Find the volume of iron required to make an open box whose external dimensions are 36*25*16.5 cm, the box being 1.5 cm thick throughout.

find the volume of inner part
inner l=36-(2×1.5)
now find the inner breadth and height
so volume of iron =volume of external part - volume of inner part
