As we know that,

Volume of sphere
 =  \frac{4}{3} \pi {r}^{3}  \\
So,
(i) Radius = 7 cm

 =  \frac{4 \times 22 \times 7 \times 7 \times 7}{3 \times 7}  \\  \\  =  \frac{4312}{3}  \\  \\  = 1437.33  \: {cm}^{2}

(ii) Radius = 0.63

 =  \frac{4 \times 22 \times 63 \times 63 \times 63}{3 \times 7 \times 100 \times 100 \times 100}  \\  \\  = 1.047816  \: {cm}^{2}
