volume \: of \: cone =\pi {r}^{2} h \div 3
when height and radius is doubled then new height and radius are 2h and 2r
new volume will be
\pi( {2h}^{2} )( {2r}^{2} ) \div 3 \\ \\ 16\pi { h }^{2} {r}^{2} \div 3
the volume increases by 16 times
