Question :-

Find the volume of the cube whose each edge is:

(i) 4 cm

(ii) 6 cm

 \\ \\

Answer 1 :-

 \\

Volume of Cube = Side × Side × Side

⇛Volume of Cube = 4 × 4 × 4

⇛Volume of Cube = 64cm³

━━━━━━━━━━

Answer 2 :-

 \\

Volume of Cube = Side × Side × Side

⇛Volume of Cube = 6 × 6 × 6

⇛Volume of Cube = 216cm³

━━━━━━━━━━

So, If the side is 4cm then the Volume will be 64cm³ and if the side is 6cm then the Volume will be 216cm³.

━━━━━━━━━━

Additional Info :-

  • Volume of cylinder = πr²h
  • Volume of cone = ⅓ πr²h
  • Volume of cuboid = l × b × h
  • Volume of cube = a³
  • Volume of sphere = 4/3πr³
  • Volume of hemisphere = ⅔ πr³
