If we roll the side along it's longer side then
Radius of cylinder can be get by this formula =
2\pi \: r
So 25=2 x22/7xr

R=25x7/44=175/44=3.977cm

Now height of cylinder =17cm

Volume of cylinder =
\pi \:  {r}^{2} h

=22/7 x (3.977)² x 17

=22x15.82x17/7 =845.17cm³

If we take r=4 then

Volume =854.85cm³
