surface area= 4πr²
144=4*22/7*r²
144*7/22*4=r²
11.45=r²
3.35 cm =r
volume = 4/3 πr³
= 4/3*22/7*3.35*3.35*3.35
= 157.54 cm³

◀HERE'S ⏬ YOUR ANSWER▶

Given that, surface area
144 \:  \:  \:  {cm}^{2}  \\ or \:  \: 4\pi {r}^{2}  = 144 \\ or \:  \: r =  \sqrt{ \frac{6}{\pi} }  \:  \: cm
we are taking the positive value only.

So, the volume of the sphere is
 =  \frac{4}{3} \pi {r}^{3}  \\  =  \frac{4}{3}\pi ({ \sqrt{ \frac{6}{\pi} } })^{3}  \\  = 11.05 \:  \:  {cm}^{3}
