find the volume, the lateral surface area ,the total surface area and the diagonal of a cube each of whose edges measures 9 cm (take underroot 3=1.73)​

Edge of the cube = 9cm

TO FIND:

LSA, TSA, Volume and diagonal of the cube

SOLUTION:

Lateral surface area of cube = 4a²

= 4(9)²

= 4(81)

= 324 cm²

Total surface area of cube = 6a²

= 6(9)²

= 6(81)

= 486cm²

Volume of cube = a³

= (9)³

= 729cm³

Diagonal of cube = a√3

= 9√3

= 9 × 1.73

= 15.57cm

Therefore,

LSA of cube = 324cm²

TSA of cube = 486cm²

Volume of cube = 729cm³

Diagonal of cube = 15.57 cm.
