Given 1, 3, 8, 19, 42, 89, ?

The logic is

1x2 = 2(3-2 = difference is 1 )

3x2 = 6(8-6 = difference is 2 )

8x2 = 16(19–13 = difference is 3)

19x2 = 38(42–38 = difference is 4)

42x2 = 84(89–84 = difference is 5)

Finally we know that every time we have to multiply by 2
