{11x-9y=-4}....(1)\\ {6x-5y+3=0}}.....(2)

(2) can be written as

6x-5y=-3......(3)

(1) multiplied by 6 we get

66x-54y=-24.....(4)

(3) multiplied by 11 we get

66x-55y=-33 ....(5)

(4)-(5) we get

66x-66x-54y+55y=-24+33

y=9....(6)

Putting this in (1) we get

11x-9 \times 9=-4\\or,\ 11x-81=-4\\ or,\ 11x=77\\ \therefore x=7

 \left \{ {{x=7} \atop {y=9}} \right.
