Given :- ABCD is a parallelogram and ar(ABCD) = 25 cm^2. Triangle BCD is on the same same bace CD of ABCD. Area of triange BCD = x cm^2

To find :- value of x cm^2

Solution :- ar(BCD) = 1/2 ar(ABCD) [ If a triangle and a parallelogram is on the same base and between same parallels, area of triangle is half the area of parallelogram]

ar(BCD) = 1/2 (ABCD)

ar(BCD) = 1/2 × 25 cm^2

ar(BCD) = 12.5 cm^2

value of x = 12.5
