3^(2x+1)/9 = 27
We know, 9 = 3^2 && 27= 3^3
Hence,
3^(2x+1)/3^2 = 3^3
3^(2x+1-2) = 3^3
Since the bases are same('3'), equate:
2x+1-2 = 3
2x-1 = 3
2x = 4
x = 2
[concepts: 1/a^n = a^(-n)..a^m*a^(-n) = a^(m-n)]
Hope it helps.
