First lets assume the given equations as 1,and 2

2014x+2015y=2016---------------eq1
2019x+2018y=2017---------------eq2

Now by subtracting eq 1 from eq2 we get
5x+3y=1----------eq3
Now what we need is to find the y intercept.
So, our x coordinate will be 0 i.e  x=0
Now substitute x=0 in eq3
5(0)+3y=1
0+3y=1
y=1/3
Here Is our solution y intercept=1/3
