HEY USER HERE IS YOUR ANSWER:-

5x^2 - 2x - 3

5x^2 - 5x + 3x - 3

5x ( x - 1 ) + 3 ( x - 1 )

( 5x + 3 ) ( x - 1 )
or
x = -3/5 , x = 1

( Negative value rejected and positive will be taken as real value of x i.e 1 )
