Answer:

9x^2 - 9x -4

split the middle term

9x^2 + 3x - 12x - 4

3x(3x+1) - 4(3x+1)

(3x+1) (3x-4)

the zeroes are -1/3 and 4/3

let alpha = -1/3

    beta = 4/3

so

alpha + beta = -1/3 + 4/3 = 3/3 = 1

alpha*beta =  - 1/3 * 4/3 = -4/9

then according to equation

alpha + beta = -b/a = -(-9)/9 =9/9 = 1

alpha *beta = c/c = -4
