Let's form an equation to fix the zero.

We can say that a number is called the zero of that polynomial when the expression results with the final answer as 0.

So,

13x should be 0.

For this the linear equation is 13x=0.

Solving the equation:

13x=0.
On transposing 13 from LHS to RHS:
x=0/13.

We know that 0 divided by any number results with 0.

Therefore, x=0.

And so p(0) is the zero of the polynomial p(x)=13x.
