Find the zero of the following polynomials:

(1)p(x)=2x+5​

p(x) = 2x + 5

p(x) = 0

2x + 5 = 0

2x =  - 5

x =  \frac{ - 5}{2}

Hence the zeroes of polynomial is -5/2
