p(x)= -4x+5
put p(x) =0
0 = -4x + 5
-5 = -4x
x = -5/-4
x = 5/4



CHECK
-4(5/4)+5
-5+5
=0
hence proved

=>-4x+5=0
=>-4x=-5
=>-x=-5/4
=>-x=-1.25
=>x=1.25

Therefore zero of polynomial p(x)=1.25
