6x^2-7x-3=0
6x^2-(9-2)x-3=0
(6x^2-9x)+(2x-3)=0
3x(2x-3)+1(2x-3)=0
(3x+1)(2x-3)=0
3x+1=0 or 2x-3=0
x=-1/3 or x=3/2
hope it will help
