=(3x)²-(2a)²

=(3x+2a)(3x-2a)

taking p(x)=0

(3x+2a)(3x-2a)=0

3x+2a=0, 3x-2a=0

x=2a/3, x= -2a/3

so,2a/3 and -2a/3 are the zeroes of the given polynomial
