Given

p(x)=x+5

To Find:

Zero of p(x)

________________________________

Solution

________________________________

Here, zero of p(x) is any integer which satisfies

x+5=0.

Therefore Zero of x+5 will be the value of x when we equate x+5 to zero.

Now,

⇒x+5=0

⇒x=-5

Because x=-5

Therefore zero of p(x)=x+5 will be -5

Hence,option (d) is required answer.
