4s²-4s+1
4s²-2s-2s+1
2s(2s-1)-1(2s-1)
(2s-1)(2s-1)
the two zeroes are
s=1/2,1/2
alpha +beta=-(coefficient of x)/(coefficient of x²)
=-(-4)/4
=1
alpha*beta= constant term/coefficient of x²
=1/4
is your answer

rmeera841: Thanku but I still didn't understand
Ayushrout: welcome
Ayushrout: you know how to split the middle term
