P(x) = 5x^3-2x^2+3x-2

= P(1) = 5(1) ^3-2(1) ^2+3(1) -2

=5-2+3-2=4

and P(0) = 5(0) ^3-2(0) ^2+3(0) -2 = -2

Also p(-1) = 5 (-1) ^3-2(-1) ^2+3(-1) -2

=5-2-3-2= -12
