It's simple.

The zero of a quadratic polynomial  gives p(x) = 0

So 21x² - 3 = 0
21x² = 3
x² = 3/21
x² - 1/7 = 0

By applying a² - b² = (a+b)(a - b)
(x - 1/√7)(x + 1/√7) = 0

We get here two equations
x - 1/√7 = 0
x + 1/√7 = 0

So x = 1/√7 or x = - 1/√7

So the required zeroes of the p(x) are 1/√7 and - 1/√7

Hope This Helps You!
