To find the zeroes of f ( x ) , we

take f ( x ) = 0

x³ - 2x = 0

x ( x² - 2 ) = 0

x = 0 or x² - 2 = 0

or x² - ( √2 ) ² = 0

or ( x + √2 ) ( x - √2 ) = 0

or x + √2 = 0 or x - √2 = 0

Therefore ,

x = 0 or x = - √2 or x = √2

0 , ( - √2 ) , √2 are Zeroes of f( x )
