Answer:

qn is 2x²-3x-9 isn't it?

Step-by-step explanation: here's your answer

by splitting middle term we can find the zeroes of the given polynomial

product is -18

sum is -3

so we can split the polynomial to:

2x²-6x+3x-9

by putting brackets,

(2x²-6x)+(3x-9)

by taking common,

2x(x-3)+3(x-3)

we can convert it into

(2x+3)  &   (x-3)

now we can find the zeroes,

by taking one of the equation ,

2x+3=0

2x=-3

x=-3/2

therefore one zero is -3/2

for next zero,

x-3=0

x=3

there fore the the zeroes of the equation 2x²-3x-9 are:

x=-3/2 & x=3

hope it helps for you
