1) x^2 – 3x – 10

=> x² - 5x + 2x -10

=> (x-5) (x+2)

x = 5 , -2

2) 2x^2 – 7x + 6

=> 2x² - 4x - 3x + 6

=> (x - 2) (2x - 3)

x = 2 , 3/2
