(a) 4t² -5 = 0
=> 4t²=5
=> t² = 5/4
=> t = ±✓5/2

(b) 2x²-9=0
=> 2x² = 9
=> x² = 9/2
=> x = ± 3 /✓2

(c) x³ -2x =0
=> x(x²-2) = 0
=> x²-2= 0
=> x² = 2
=> x = ±✓2
