a) x^2-2=0

x^2=2

X=+-root2

Relationship between zeroes and coefficients

Sum of zeroes=-(coefficient of x)/coefficient of x^2=-0/1=0

Product of zeroes=constant term/coefficient of x^2=-2/1=-2

b)x^2-5x

Relationship between zeroes and coefficients

Sum of zeroes=-(coefficient of x)/coefficient of x^2=-(-5)/1=5

Product of zeroes=constant term/coefficient of x^2=0/1=0

c)x^2-9

x^2=9

x=+-root3

Relationship between zeroes and coefficients

Sum of zeroes=-(coefficient of x)/coefficient of x^2=-0/1=0

Product of zeroes=constant term/coefficient of x^2=-9/1=-9
