Find zeroes and verify the relationship b/w zeros and the coefficients

 =  > p(x) = 8 {u}^{2}  + 16u \\  \\  =  > 8 {u}^{2} + 16 u = 0 \\  \\  =  > 8u(u + 2) = 0 \\  \\  =  > 8u = 0 \: and  \:  \: u + 2 = 0 \\  \\  =  >  u= 0  \:  \: and \:  \: u=  - 2 \\  \\


Relationship b/ zeroes and coefficient

=> Sum of zeroes = - b / a

=> 0 + (-2 ) = -16 / 8

=> -2 = -2 proved

And

=> Product of zeroes = c / a

=> 0 × -2 = 0 / 8

=> 0 = 0 hence proved
