some mistake your question

if 3x²-3x²-11x-3 replace to

3x²-11x-3

here,

f(x)=3x²-11x-3

then.

the product of the zeroes=-1

and the sum of the zeroes=11/3

then find the zeroes

D=b²-4ac

121+36

157

then one zero is 11-√157÷12

and other is. 11+√157÷12

so best of luck
