3x^2 + 10x + 8

=> 3x^2 + 6x + 4x + 8

=> 3x ( x + 2) + 4(x +2)

=> ( x + 2)(3x + 4)

So,

Zeroes are (-2) and ( - 4/3)

_____________________________________________________________

3x^2 + 10x + 8 = 0

3x^2 + 6x + 4x + 8 = 0

3x(x+2) + 4(x+2) = 0

(3x+4)(x+2) = 0

Hence,

x = -4/3, x = -2

AshutoshDash: thank you sir! you are very great
